PRICING

Do you offer volume discounts?

How do you calculate shipping?

ORDErs

Can you add a kitchenette?

Yes. Our Conestoga® Lux, Hard Top Lux, and Ranch Wagons offer the interior space to accommodate amenities such as a kitchenette or bar area. These customizable features allow you to tailor the guest experience to your unique vision.

Do you have a minimum requirement for orders?

No, we will build and customize one wagon or as many as a property needs. However, if you’re purchasing multiple wagons, we encourage the purchase of two wagons or one wagon and one shower house for the best shipping value (this option is only available for standard wagons).

Can we customize our wagons?

Yes. We custom-build every wagon in some way based on our available standard features and options. We work closely with each client to build the right wagon configurations to serve their guests.

Do you offer a warranty on the wagons for sale?

We warranty all defects in materials and workmanship for one year after delivery. Full details are in the purchase agreement.

What is your standard lead time?

We will always work to meet the timelines for your business. Our wagons are hand-built individually by local craftsmen and produced on a first-come, first-served basis. The lead time for construction and customization of your wagon(s) is usually shorter in the fall than in the spring. Read more about our process and wagons for sale here.

QUALITY

How solid is the build and how well does it keep critters out?

Every Conestoga® Wagon is built in the USA with strong, quality craftsmanship. Using Bee Board materials ensures the canvas is installed properly and creates an excellent seal, giving guests a comfortable and secure experience.

How many guests do wagons accommodate for sleeping?

Our wagons sleep up to eight guests. Each of our handcrafted “standard configuration” Conestoga® Wagon Co.® wagons includes one resort king bed. You can add one set of bunk beds (sleeps four), add two sets of bunk beds (sleeps six), or opt for no king bed and add four bunk beds (sleeps eight).

Are the wagons manufactured in the USA?

Absolutely. Our wagons are made in the USA using domestically produced materials by local artisans. Read more about our wagons for sale here.

DURABILITY

Are your wagons waterproof?

Absolutely. Conestoga® Wagons feature a durable, double-domed canvas canopy paired with all-weather construction, providing reliable resistance to the elements year-round.

How should I care for the canvas for longevity?

There are two critical factors in the long-term care of canvas. First, you must tie the canvas down properly to prevent loose ends from being whipped by the wind. Second, we recommend tarping the wagon in the offseason to reduce the amount of wear and tear from UV rays and weather. We offer 24′ x 26′ tarp as an option.

What is the expected lifespan of the canvas?

The wagon canvas typically lasts at least seven years with proper care and normal weather conditions. Canvases can be easily replaced if needed.

TRANSPORT

How do wagons hold up in high-speed winds or during freeway transport?

Our wagons are delivered fully built and transported by semi truck, demonstrating their durability and ability to endure even highway-speed winds. They have witnessed every aspect of the weather this great country can throw at them from blizzards in the north, tornadoes in the middle, and hurricanes on the ends.

How strong are the wheels? Do they last?

Our wagons are built with fully functioning wheels that allow for transport and repositioning on your property. While they are durable and made to support long-term use, they are not intended for high-speed travel and are not classified as road-worthy vehicles. Their robust design allows them to be hooked up like a trailer on-site for practical purposes such as placement and leveling.

Do you sell wagons internationally?

Yes, please email us for additional information.
